Returns of personalized, one-of-a-kind items, will incur a 50 percent restocking fee. Customer will be in charge of both return and replacement postage fees.
The items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days upon its receipt, and must be in its original condition, un-damaged, un-worn, un-used or un-resized – precisely match product data records. Item that was damaged while in the possession of the customer, or returned after 45 days from the delivery, will be charged a service fees, at the sole discretion of the Company.
Original Certificate(s) must be returned with the items. Items returned without the original certificate(s) will be charged a service fee.

No Shipping fees or additional expenses will be added to the cost of the item (loose Gems or Jewelry piece) at any point.
However, we recommend that you consult with your local tax official to see what import duties and/or VAT you are required to pay in your place of residence. Spirito Gemstm will not be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied by the customer’s country.
Your order will be shipped according to the address you specified on the checkout form.

All Spirito Gemstm products (except loose gems) are personalized. Some items have longer production days than others. Unless otherwise notified, the maximum shipping time is 21 business days.
