Replacement: If your item has arrived damaged or if there is an error that does not match your order, please let us know immediately, and we will arrange for the replacement and cover the return fee.
New and unworn items can be returned to Spirito Gemstm, within 30 days of purchase receipt. Spirito Gemstm provides 100% money-back guarantee. Please note that because most of our personalized items are one-of-a-kind, those returns are conditioned:
Returns of personalized, one-of-a-kind items, will incur a 50 percent restocking fee. Customer will be in charge of both return and replacement postage fees.
The items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days upon its receipt, and must be in its original condition, un-damaged, un-worn, un-used or un-resized – precisely match product data records.
Item that was damaged while in the possession of the customer, or returned after 45 days from the delivery, will be charged a service fees, at the sole discretion of the Company.
Original Certificate(s) must be returned with the items.
Items returned without the original certificate(s) will be charged a service fee.
Refunds will be issued in the same method by which it was received, meaning the original form of payment via wire transfer, PayPal, or credit-card. In the event of a refund, approved refunds will reflect the amount of the transaction as mentioned on the invoice provided by Spirito Gemstm.
Spirito Gemstm is not responsible for any additional fees or charges applied by the banks, any duties, VAT, taxes, or surcharges that may be levied by the customer’s country of importation, or any other parties throughout the process.
